Drop It Like A Squat

 
Nothing beats having a perfectly matching outfit when going to the gym, it's almost like your life is in order. Sadly for me though 80% of the time I always look like I've dressed myself in the dark because I throw on whatever I lay my eyes on first. I'd rather be comfortable & not matching than matching & pulling a wedgie out my butt or adjusting my bra every 30 seconds.
 
All my purchases lately have just been workout gear. I'm at the gym more than I actually going out to places so it makes sense to opt for something I would wear on a daily basis. I'm currently obsessing over getting a Nike Fuel Band, it needs to be on my wrist ASAP!

RAW Chocolate Coconut Balls

Hooray for this receipe I came across on The Earth Diet website!
Healthy RAW chocolate coconut balls for a snack or dessert.

 Ingredients:
1 cup of almond meal (you can also use any other nuts!)
1 cup of cacao powder
3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons of water
5 tablespoons of fine shaved coconut flakes

Action:
1. In a bowl mix the cacao powder and almond meal together
2. Add the maple syrup and water and stir!
3. Roll them into balls!
4. Then roll them into shaved coconut!

+ Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil for more of a coconut taste!
