DIY Painted Necklace

I love Tom Binns neon painted necklaces & decided I would create one myself since his necklaces are extremely expensive (some $2000 +), which I can not justify paying as its 8 weeks worth of rent for me!

I purchased this necklace last year at Forever 21 while I was in New York for roughly $10.

I used my favorite Essie nail polishes to paint the crystals, then added top coat to make the color shiny.
